Shipping Time

Orders will ship out once ALL items can be fulfilled within the purchase. Packages will ship out according to the LATEST pre-order date unless stated otherwise.

The time frame for order delivery is divided into two parts:

Processing time: Order verification, quality check, and packing. Orders will be shipped out within 1 to 3 working days from the day of purchase.

Shipping time: This refers to the time it takes for items to be shipped from our fulfillment center to the destination.

Standard Shipping (8-25 working days)

Premium Shipping (3-15 working days)

*The standard day of the standard refers to the working day, does not include the date of receipt, and does not include weekends and holidays. The actual delivery time is subject to the destination zip code. In the case of remote areas or suburbs, flight delays, customs clearance, etc., the transit time will be expected longer.

* Premium Shipping cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes or military addresses. We could only ship to P.O. Boxes and military addresses (APO, FPO) address via Standard Shipping method.

* Above shipping times are estimates quoted by our courier companies, so Nabalida cannot be liable or held responsible for any delays after dispatch. Delays do happen occasionally due to uncontrollable factors, but please be assured that Nabalida will do our best to limit any inconveniences that may arise.

* International shipping is experiencing delivery delays (10-20 business days) in all destinations due to limited airline capacity and government restrictions as a result of COVID-19. Please note, Nabalida is not responsible for any delays caused by carrier.

Delivery

Timely delivery is subject to the Terms of Service published by the carrier. Please note circumstances out of our control such as natural disasters, holiday delays, etc. may cause shipping delays and postponements.

We are not responsible for any lost or stolen item after the package has been confirmed as delivered.

We are not liable for any losses incurred if the customer has provided any incorrect details for their order. Nabalida also reserves the right to not issue a refund on orders never received due to the incorrect details being provided.  

Customs Duty

The recipient of the order will be responsible for any import duties or taxes charged by the recipient’s country and any carrier-related fees. These fees can vary widely from country to country. Please contact your local customs office for further information.

HOW TO START A RETURN

1. Email your request to support@nabalida.com or submit your request at CONTACT US with your reason for return.
2. Nabalida After-sales Team will review your request within 48 hours. You will receive a notice regarding the status of your return.
3. Ship your item to designated address and give us the documents related to the return following our return instructions.
4. Once the package has been safely received and processed at our facility. Returns will be processed within 72 hours upon receipt of your package.

RETURN & EXCHANGE CONDITIONS 

• All return requests must be initiated within 30 days your package has been delivered. Customers must offer a valid original purchase order number from Nabalida.com.
• Items returned must be in their unused condition with the original packaging and contents. We do not accept a returned item that’s worn, damaged, washed or altered in any way.
• The customer is responsible for all return shipping fees. We do not offer Freight To Collect (FTC) services for returns. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
• The following items cannot be returned: sales item, intimate or sanitary goods.

NOTE: Please do not send your return to the address on your package. That is not our return address and will affect the processing of your return.

HOW WILL I RECEIVE MY REFUND? 

Refunds are issued to your original account or as a Nabalida Cash Coupon**, which can be used as store credit.

** Items purchased with Nabalida Cash Coupon are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

MY ITEM ARRIVED DAMAGED. CAN I RETURN IT?

We will do our best to ensure that the products shipped to our customers are in their best conditions. If your product turns out to be defective, please email to support@nabalida.com with the following proofs to get a new replacement:

- This clause does not include products of a category with specific warranty terms as well as damages caused by incorrect usage of a product.

1. Photos of the front and the back of the package or box;

2. Partial shipment slips (if applicable);

3. Photo or video of the defective item;

4. Photo or video and a detailed description of the problem.
